Senior Counsel
Mr. Wolff advises business owners, entrepreneurs, and closely held companies in the areas of commercial transactions, business law, employment law, and estate planning. His practice emphasizes strategic counsel across the lifecycle of privately held enterprises, including:

Mr. Wolff’s transactional practice is informed by litigation experience in complex commercial disputes, estate administration, and eminent domain proceedings. This background enables him to anticipate risk, structure durable agreements, and guide clients through high-stakes decisions with clarity and precision.
Education
Mr. Wolff graduated in the top ten percent of his class from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2003, earning a degree in American Politics. He received his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2010, where he served as President of the Military and Veteran Law Society and was an inaugural member of the Lewis B. Puller Veterans Benefits Clinic.
Mr. Wolff also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Nebraska in space, cyber, and telecommunications law.
Experience
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wolff served for twenty-one years in the United States Army. He began his career as an Infantry Officer in the 101st Airborne Division, leading combat operations in Iraq and earning the Bronze Star Medal.
Following law school, Mr. Wolff served as a Judge Advocate in assignments across the United States and Europe. His final military assignment was as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for U.S. Space Command in Colorado Springs, where he advised a four-star Combatant Commander on significant operational, regulatory, and strategic matters. In that role, Mr. Wolff provided counsel on complex and sensitive issues at the highest levels of the Department of Defense.
