Ms. Frear’s practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business law, estate planning and probate. Ms. Frear has extensive experience in real estate title matters, real estate closings, corporate and business matters, estate planning, and probate. She has helped close hundreds of complex real estate deals and has handled multi-million dollar estate plans and probates. She works with business owners who are just opening their business and also helps business owners successfully sell or transfer their business at their retirement. Ms. Frear has worked with local real estate developers, business owners and families for over 25 years.
Ms. Frear obtained her law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1996 and graduated from Winona State University summa cum laude with her B.S. degree in 1993.
After practicing in Wisconsin, Ms. Frear relocated to Colorado in 1997. She joined the firm in April of 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Frear worked in the title insurance industry for more than 20 years in all areas of the business.
Ms. Frear is the mother of two grown children who have successfully launched themselves out into the world. When she is not working, Ms. Frear enjoys hiking with her dog, Eddie, rock hounding, and other outdoor activities.
Ms. Frear is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
