Rembrandt Group, Inc. and Pikes Peak Acquisitions, LLC, Colorado Court of Appeals, 2020COA69 (April 16, 2020). Murray Weiner of the firm represented Pikes Peak Acquisitions, LLC. The Court of Appeals held that Pikes Peak Acquisitions, LLC was not the alter ego of Rembrandt Group, Inc. The case was remanded to the trial court for an award of attorneys’ fees in favor of Pikes Peak Acquisitions, LLC and Rembrandt Group, Inc.
