Ms. Leach joined the firm in February of 2021, after spending seven years with a law firm in St. Louis at which practiced litigation and employment law. Ms. Leach is particularly experienced in working with business owners and management to navigate employment law issues and litigating disputes that arise in connection with them, including harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and complaints relating to compliance with various employment law obligations. She also has significant experience working proactively with businesses: preparing employment contracts and employee handbooks and conducting training for management to avoid employment disputes before they arise.
Ms. Leach graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver in 2011, with dual degrees in Economics and Spanish and a minor in Legal Studies. Ms. Leach then earned her law degree from the University of Missouri in 2014, where she finished in the top 12% of her class. Ms. Leach was an editor of the Missouri Law Review and was an active member of the Women’s Law Association and Tax Law Society, while also working her way through law school by waiting tables.
A native of Pueblo, Colorado, Ms. Leach is admitted in Missouri and Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
