Mr. Allen's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and construction litigation. A transplant from Alabama, Mr. Allen joined the firm in December of 2014. After graduating cum laude from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration, he pursued his Juris Doctorate at The University of Mississippi School of Law. While at The University of Mississippi, Mr. Allen was actively involved with the Trial Advocacy Board and the Transactional Clinic.
Prior to joining Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet, Mr. Allen clerked for several litigation attorneys. Mr. Allen was named one of Colorado's Rising Stars in Business Litigation in 2018. He is licensed in the State Courts of Alabama, Colorado and Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Allen is an active member in the Colorado Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, El Paso County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
