Caroleen F. Jolivet

Ms. Jolivet’s practice is concentrated in the areas of business and real estate law, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, business purchases and sales, financing, leasing, and land use and development matters.  She has the pleasure of working with a wide variety of clients, both large and small.  

Ms. Jolivet began practicing law in 1984 with the Colorado law firm of Holme Roberts and Owen after receiving her law degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where she graduated with honors as a member of the Order of St Ives, an academic honor society.

She has practiced and been a partner at Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet, PC since 2001 representing new and long-standing clients in transactional and estate matters.  

Ms. Jolivet enjoys living in Colorado Springs with her husband despite the significant difference from her hometown of Tiverton, Rhode Island.  She came west to attend Denver College of Law after receiving a 1981 summa cum laude undergraduate degree from Providence College.  While an undergraduate at Providence College, Ms. Jolivet was a member of the National Philosophy Honor Society and the recipient of the Reverend Cornelius P. Forster O.P. Award for excellence in European History, and the Clayborne Pell Award for excellence in American History.

Ms. Jolivet is listed by the Colorado Springs Style Magazine Top Attorneys as a top lawyer in the field of real estate law.  Ms. Jolivet is a past member of the Board of Directors of Silver Key Senior Services, Inc., the Board of Directors of the Housing and Building Association, and The Greater Colorado Springs Economic Development Corporation.  Ms. Jolivet is a 2011 Women of Influence Honoree. She is a recipient of The Greater Colorado Springs Economic Development Corporation’s Leadership Award.  Ms. Jolivet is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
