Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet P.C. Prevails In Land Use Case In The Colorado Court Of Appeals
A family-operated greenhouse farming venture received more than they hoped for after obtaining a special use permit to build a greenhouse in the Black Forest area. A local advocacy group challenged the issuance of the special use permit El Paso County District Court. Represented by Murray Weiner and Joe Kinlaw II, the farming operation received a favorable decision from the district court, which was subsequently affirmed by the Colorado Court of Appeals in a published decision.
The case is titled Friends of the Black Forest Preservation Plan, Inc. et al. v. Board of County Commissioners of El Paso County, Colorado; and Black Forest Mission, LLC, 2016 COA 54.
