Olivia Urso

Ms. Urso’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Urso has represented individuals and corporate clients in a variety of commercial cases, including contract and business tort litigation, equitable actions and injunctions, and insurance coverage litigation. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through trial, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Ms. Urso practiced law in a boutique firm in Chicago specializing in corporate transactions and litigation. 

Ms. Urso graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2016, where she completed a certificate in Advocacy and earned a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing. During her time in law school, Ms. Urso clerked for the City of Chicago Building and License Enforcement Division, where she represented the city in administrative hearings related to code enforcement. Ms. Urso obtained her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.

Ms. Urso is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
