Nani DeFelice joined Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet as a litigation paralegal in June 2016. Ms. DeFelice will support the firm’s commercial and construction litigation practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DeFelice worked for over 22 years for major law firms in Hawaii as a litigation paralegal. Ms. DeFelice has served as the sole paralegal in many jury and bench trials before the Hawaii State Circuit Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, as well as in numerous mediations and arbitrations. She has been instrumental in obtaining favorable rulings for her firm’s clients in both jury and bench trials as well as successful appeals before both the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Hawaii Appellate Courts.
Ms. DeFelice previously was a member of the Hawaii Paralegal Association and a volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Service. Ms. DeFelice is a member of the Pikes Peak Paralegals and Colorado Association of Litigation Support Professionals.
