           Mr. Lambert practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, arbitration, and appeals.  He has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial and construction disputes in state and federal trial courts, and has successfully appealed and defended cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals.

                Mr. Lambert graduated cum laude from the University of Wyoming College of Law in May 2006.  While in law school, Mr. Lambert participated in numerous inter-school trial competitions.  Upon graduation, he received the College of Law’s Excellence in Advocacy Award for his performance in regional mock trial competition.  Mr. Lambert graduated summa cum laude with highest distinction from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in May 2003. 

            Mr. Lambert is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations.
