Mr. Mulliken practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, probate and trusts, and real estate, including commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, foreclosures, and land use matters.
Mr. Weiner practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Weiner spends a considerable amount of time representing owners, lenders, general contractors and subcontractors in construction-related disputes.
Ms. Jolivet’s practice is concentrated in the areas of business law and real estate, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, land use and development matters.
Mr. Berg’s practice is primarily devoted to construction law and litigation matters for clients including both public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers.
Mr. O’Boyle is licensed to practice law in Nebraska as well as Colorado, and practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and appeals.
Mr. Karsh has broad experience in domestic business transactions and the structuring and financing of joint ventures between United States companies and foreign co-venturers.
Ms. Williams is of counsel to the firm. Her professional background includes substantial experience in the areas of civil litigation, business law, real estate, and probate.
Mr. Lambert practices in the areas of business, commercial, and construction litigation. He joined the firm in 2007 after practicing briefly with the Denver, Colorado firm of Bailey & Peterson, P.C.
Ms. Charlesworth practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, and real estate, including commercial real estate transactions and land use matters.
Mr. Young practices primarily in the areas of commercial and construction litigation. He joined the firm in March 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Young was a Deputy District Attorney in El Paso County.
Mr. Ogle, a graduate of the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program, practices in the areas of domestic taxation, business formations and operations, estate and gift taxation, and estate planning and administration.
